Love Lost

ABOUT Love Lost

Depression doesn’t have a clear recovery timeline.

One way to help with the road to recovery is confiding in a mental health professional through therapy. You may take two steps forward and one step back but even the small progression is healthy.

This piece is a creative outlet through dance, and is only one way of expressing our deepest held emotions. Dance is a language. Poetry is a language. Music is a language. It’s important to address our fears and perhaps anxiety in a safe place that is comfortable for you. It does not matter how people perceive the outcome - as long as you feel content in your own journey of moving positively forward.

Interpret this dance as you wish.
