VAI-60 explores the inner workings of your mental and emotional mind. These dance classes draw from lyrical and contemporary backgrounds honouring the lyrics, music and expression of one's own emotional experiences. These classes are cathartic. They can help you find your inner voice and create a release through movement.
The technical ability is set at an intermediate level but advanced dancers and beginners can still enjoy this class with a little variation which will be offered to tailor to your needs.
