Hi! I’m Kirsten

I’m a dancer and fitness instructor who believes in the power of movement. From expressive dance styles to Barre & exercise, I’m all about creating a space where people can find healing, strength, and inspiration through dance.

I’m with you

I share my vulnerability, not just in the studio or on screen, but in everything I do. Through dance, fitness, and film, I’m all about building authentic, meaningful connections with others.

It’s okay

My aim is to normalise conversations around mental health, ensuring that the message "it's okay to not be okay" becomes a widely accepted truth.

My hope for us

By reframing ‘negative’ emotions as a natural part of being human, I hope to change the way we talk about them, and inspire a more empathetic, open dialogue.
